San Andreas is the Central branch of the Calaveras County library system. In 2018 it was dedicated as the ‘Huberty-Tuttle Building,’ in honor of longtime Friends of the Library members Shirley Huberty and Sally Tuttle. Shirley and Sally were instrumental in raising funds and support for our main library facility.
