Valley Springs has had a library since the early 70's. In 2008 we moved to our current location within the VS Elementary School. This joint venture has been a Win-Win situation for both the school and County Library.

Some years ago, former Supervisor Terry Bailey suggested writing a Melodrama as a fundraiser to former FOTL President Sue Smith, and we have been very successful raising funds to help our library with children's programs and buying new books.
